1. 1. Site server has been offline for more than 3 days.
2. 2. Site has excessive number of 404 errors.
3. 3. Site has become infested with malware for a long period of time.
4. 4. Site has gained a confirmed reputation for scam.
5. 5. I have decided the site is unsuitable to be included.
